Don’t be fooled…products are really poor quality and customer service even worse. A purse I paid £165 for should not be fading in places when it’s not an every day purse. Vivienne Westwood have said it’s wear and tear and the shocking thing is they went by pictures rather than seeing the product. I disagree it’s wear and tear as it’s not an every day purse and feel like I have been robbed and fobbed off. I should have paid £1.65 instead £165. Even a purse from the pound shop would probably last longer

WORSE Customer Service ever!!!!
I have never experienced a customer service like this. My daughter bought with her savings earrings for her best friend. When the parcel arrived, everything was there but empty bags. There were no earrings.
It was clear there were never earrings put in the bags by Vivienne Westwood.
We never got our money back nor the earrings. Wish I could to something to sue this company and will take this further. I am furious.

June 2021 bought a V.W. ‘Grace’ pendant for granddaughter’s 18th birthday at £115.50 (inc p&p) within a few weeks (more than 30 days) 2 ‘stones’ had fallen out, V.W. Customer service informed asap that necklace was ‘not fit for purpose’ or ‘of satisfactory quality’ and I requested a replacement.
8 months later and after many many emails, eventually on 16/03/22 I received a replacement, however 11 days later a ‘stone’ had also fallen out of the replacement.
V.W. Customer service were emailed and informed that under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, that as the necklace was not fit for purpose or of satisfactory quality and as I had owned it for less than 30 days I was within my statutory rights to be fully refunded.
Customer service used every obstacle, excuse, blame game and were only prepared to provided a Credit Note to my V.W. Account, suggesting that their website Returns and Refunds policy superseded British law.
I emailed that if I didn’t receive a full cash refund by 7/6/22 the next communication from me would be via the small claims court.
I have now received a full refund, just in time for my granddaughter’s 19th birthday.
The reason for this review is not that the jewellery V.W. sells is extremely poor quality… 87% of the reviews rate them as bad.
What’s important is don’t give in or give up, they will make it as difficult and seemingly impossible as they can.
Know your rights, be fair but firm and good luck.
P.S. a very similar necklace, made from the same materials -brass and crystals is being sold by Amazon for £3.73 with £2.96 P&P < £7 total

I have ordered a necklace and a ring. The ring never came, instead, I received a rose gold bracelet!. After two weeks of sending them different photos in different formats, they said I have to wait for their warehouse to check if it was a mistake? which obviously is as the order confirmation says a ring, not a bracelet. And I have to go out of my way and return it later while it was their mistake. will never buy anything from them ever again worst customer service I have ever seen in my whole life.

I received a pair of earrings and they were the wrong ones. I sent them back and they got back to me to let me know it was their fault and they had uploaded the wrong picture to the item I had brought which was really annoying as it was a birthday gift. I emailed and ching from customer services helped me and he helped so much. He got back to every question and was extremely helpful 5 stars for him. I was a little disappointed that I couldn’t receive a discount on a future purchase due to their mistake I did get a free delivery for a next purchase but as it was their mistake I would’ve liked a discount. But I would like to say a massive thank you to ching for all his help. The 3 star review is nothing reflected on ching I would’ve given his customer service 5 star.

Vivienne Westwood won't help repair their bracelet -
I bought a Vivienne Westwood rose gold bracelet for £105 in 2017. I didn't wear it very often at all, mainly because the design of the clasp was very tricky to fasten single-handed. The bracelet broke recently and I took it to a local jeweller's for repair. The jeweller said they couldn't repair it because it was made of base metal and would simply melt if soldered. So I contacted Vivienne Westwood customer service and asked for help. None was forthcoming. I was told that they do not do repairs nor can they recommend anyone who can. So basically my bracelet is now totally useless. I asked for a replacement or credit note and this was refused. So I might as well throw the bracelet away - hardly eco and very disappointing.
0 stars would be sufficient
Easily the worst customer service i have ever experienced, rude emails and reluctant to help. I ordered a necklace which was faulty but refused my refund. After weeks of back and forth emails they will only give me a credit note, but has to be posted back at my expense. Will never order from here again!

First of all they sent me the wrong order, I ordered a ring and bracelet and they sent me two bracelets.
I tried to return my order but they never sent me the original order purchase email. Because of this they would not allow me to return the order or even allow me to send back the bracelet and have the ring which I actually ordered.
They were incredibly rude and sarcastic through emails.
Both bracelets then broke after wearing it once, very poor quality.

Terrible, literally the worst
Would give 0 stars if I could. Here is my unnecessarily convoluted situation: Since November 2021, I've been asking them for an import receipt. I had to return my order, and since VW does not refund duties and taxes, I needed an import receipt to apply for a duties and taxes refund with the border agency. Seemed simple enough but no!
In December, they told me to contact UPS instead, so I do, and UPS tells me VW should really be refunding it themselves since they charged it at checkout. I tell them this and from December onwards they ignore the fact and insist they are "working on it" and that they've "escalated it to the relevant department." My question is, how many times can you escalate an issue and NOT get on it?
In January, there are no updates. In February and March, they say UPS is not cooperating with them. I ask them why UPS is "not cooperating" and they tell me to wait without bothering to explain. End of March, I give them a call but they were just as unhelpful via phone, really couldn’t care less, and their customer line also isn’t toll free (I live outside the UK).
In April, they still do not have any updates. I don’t understand how you can tell me you are “intensively working on it” for 5 months straight but have nothing for me. They ignore me for a good part of April and suddenly they reply saying they’ll refund me. ????? So they ignore my/UPS’s suggestion for 5 months straight, driving me insane, only to circle right back to it. I ask for compensation for my time since they clearly wasted my time for no good reason (I was the one checking in on this month-by-month, week-by-week and I was the one finding solutions while they could not provide any proof of their own), but they’re ignoring me now. They didn’t even refund me when they say they did, so no, I do not have it yet.
Overall: Customer service is trash, as is this “relevant department” they speak of, and from the looks of it, their stuff is trash so please please do not waste your time here. Who knew buying from a brand’s homepage would be the trashiest of all?

My mum brought me a MINI BAS RELIEF…
My mum brought me a MINI BAS RELIEF CHOKER for Christmas. And I have only had the necklace since the end of December so in total a couple of months. And the orb has already changed colour and the crystals have turned green. I sent in a email to Vivienne westwood and I have been advised that I am unable to return items. Even though their necklace is faulty. I am really unhappy about how I have been treated considering this necklace was over 100.00 pounds.

IMO...Dysfunctional Product Horrible Service
I ordered the petite orb bracelet for Christmas for my daughter. When she tried it on it wouldn't even fit around her wrist. I tried to return it, first, there are so many hoops you have to go through to return it from the US, so after getting all that paperwork ready for return I noticed that they have an extremely short window to return and even though it was a Christmas gift, they went by the date I purchased not given. They would not accept a "late" return - NO EXCEPTIONS. Even after I explained that the product was dysfunctional and was meant for a child. Petite orb means (small orb) NOT Child size. They do not indicate anywhere the small size of the wrist in their description and no sizing! My daughter weighs just over 100 lbs. Horrible customer service. Crappy product, Crappy Service. I feel wholeheartedly they just want your money! My suggestion-DONT BUY FROM HERE! Now I am stuck with a bracelet I have to spend more money on to fix. Will make sure if I get compliments that I tell them the nightmare story.
